The Deets

The 6-week Course. Dive deep into The Work with a small cohort of fellow working actors. We'll be connecting to heart-based goals; self-generating momentum; and building intentional, lasting habits. Modules include motion-generating videos, worksheets, and a weekly group call. We hold each other to The Work through accountability projects - actualizing immediate wins towards our goals while forging true community.

Alum Club. After the course you'll be invited to sign up for the ongoing alum club. The Crew. A private group of inner Workers who connect on shared values and a desire to see each other grow. A monthly group call, a private social network within this site, peer-hosted events, ongoing accountability projects and more.

Your Host

Ayelet Firstenberg is a grateful working actor and creator of The Work. After a whale of a struggle in NYC, she was grappling with the age-old actor question: "Why the hell am I doing this to myself?!" She set out on a quest to prioritize fulfillment and happiness above all else and never again compromise either for the sake of The Biz. The result was the creation of a life she absolutely loves and a continually up-leveling acting career. In fact, she uncovered that the more she focused on loving her life and being her best self - the bigger the gigs, roles, and connections that seemed to float her way. The Work is the result of 8+ years of exploration; deep research into systems of success; and an intimate understanding of what actorpeople need most.
